Job Summary
  • Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel services, amenities, and promotions to provide guests with relevant information.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process payments, handle cash transactions, and manage credit card processing.
  • Operate the PBX console, ensuring accurate and efficient call handling.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments to resolve maintenance and repair issues.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer-facing role, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and software systems, including front desk management and reservation systems.

Estimated Salary Range: $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience.
