Job Summary

As a Warehouse Person at PepsiCo, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement of products through our warehouse. This labor-intensive position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build pallets of product for bulk, route trucks, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Work from electronic order systems or order sheets to build loads using a forklift and/or electronic pallet jack.
  • Ensure accuracy in loading and complying with shipper/receiver documentation.
  • Transport truck loading involves moving full pallets of products from the warehouse onto a trailer and removing any returned pallets/plastic flats.
  • Responsible for unloading raw materials and placing them in designated warehouse space.
  • Position requires lifting a high volume of cases of product per day from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly during a long work period.

Requirements
  • 18 years or older
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment, including order selector/picking product storage, product staging, powered pallet jack/forklifts, etc.
  • Driving a forklift, working with racking systems, and loading/unloading pallets.
  • Experience working in a team environment, cooperating with co-workers, and joint problem solving.
