  • Ensuring the financial integrity of all patient care areas under your supervision.
  • Maintaining knowledge of regulatory requirements and guiding teams to uphold a compliant environment.
  • Embodying the mission, vision, and values of the organization, promoting coordinated care and exceptional experiences through relationship building and inclusivity.
  • Planning, organizing, developing, implementing, and interpreting programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.


Position Requirements:
A degree in healthcare administration is essential, with a Bachelor's degree required and a Master's degree preferred (to be obtained within five years).


Minimum Experience:
A minimum of three to five years of leadership and management experience is required, with a background in hospital administration or clinic settings.
