About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Associate to join our team at the Mount Sinai Health System. As a key member of our research staff, you will be responsible for conducting routine and standardized experiments, analyzing laboratory results, and maintaining a safe and organized laboratory environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct experiments and assays to support research studies under direct supervision.
  • Analyze and interpret laboratory results to inform research findings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Perform tasks such as ordering supplies, logging samples, and preparing materials for shipment.
  • Assist in the collection, analysis, and review of experimental data for publication and presentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in science or related field preferred, or combination of relevant research experience and education.
  • 0-2 years of research/laboratory experience, with prior experience in cell culture and molecular biology strongly preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, we also offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
