Position Title: Skylight Component Parts Fabricator
Company: VELUX Group

Role Summary:
This position focuses on the fabrication of skylight component parts, ensuring adherence to established production standards and plans.

Work Hours:
Monday - Thursday from 6am to 4:30pm

Compensation: $27.42 per hour
(Salary is commensurate with experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize various machinery and tools, including drills, saws, and welding equipment.
  • Fabricate a range of extrusion components for bespoke skylight projects.
  • Produce items in line with production timelines.
  • Ensure precise material usage and compliance with reporting standards.
  • Maintain quality assurance throughout the manufacturing cycle.
  • Follow safety protocols and uphold cleanliness in the workspace.
  • Carry out additional tasks as required within the facility.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in metal fabrication or relevant technical training.
  • Strong fabrication skills.
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations accurately.
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Positive attitude and a collaborative team spirit.
