  • Guide members through various loan options, advising on the most suitable products. Collect necessary documentation for loan applications and assess creditworthiness while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Welcome members professionally and provide prompt, accurate service through various communication channels. Ensure all follow-ups are completed in line with our service standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the team and members.

Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of one to three years in a similar role is preferred.

Education: High school diploma or GED is required.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to service excellence.
  • Familiarity with lending and deposit regulations.
  • Ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy.
  • Proficient in relationship building and networking.
  • Capability to analyze credit reports and make informed recommendations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and manage physical tasks as needed.
