Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Production Operator to join our team at Schreiber Foods. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for preparing cheese and cheese analogs by operating blenders, grinders, and/or cookers in our Hot Fill processing area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate equipment such as blenders, grinders, and cookers to prepare cheese and cheese analogs
  • Support tub dumping and other setup activities with ingredient partners
  • Work with leaders and fellow team members to ensure Food Safety and Partner Safety
  • Understand and execute standard operating procedures relative to the position
  • Perform all PCP and CCP checks required for the position
  • Follow reaction plans for Food Safety, Food Quality, and customer requirement outages
