Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team at Lovelace Regional Hospital in Roswell, NM. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare services in a clinical setting.

About the Role
  • Perform clinical and administrative duties to assist in the delivery of effective patient care within assigned areas.
  • Greet patients, escort them to exam rooms, and perform vitals and other related medical assistant duties.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of medical practices and patient care as it relates to the clinical setting and medical specialty.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • One year of recent experience working in a medical facility performing Medical Assistant duties or equivalent.
  • Recent graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
  • Must maintain BLS certification.
  • Technical training in medical equipment, including AED, autoclave, BP cuffs, and more.
