About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to join our team at Propel Autism. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for leading our ABA clinic and overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure clinic compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Lead weekly meetings with the Regional Director to discuss clinic performance and goals
  • Conduct regular 1:1 clinical meetings with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to discuss client progress and provide feedback
  • Complete clinic checks with technicians and clients to ensure high-quality services
  • Oversee the implementation of treatment plans by BCBAs, ensuring they align with best practice standards and meet individual client needs
  • Collaborate with BCBAs to ensure parents and caregivers are satisfied with clinical services and client progress is sustained long-term
  • Support and manage local staff and day-to-day center tasks
  • Ensure clinic compliance measures are up to date and maintained on-site
  • Work collaboratively with the Center Manager and Director of Operations for staffing and operation needs
  • Support clinic growth by completing intakes to support incoming BCBAs' caseloads
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • Valid BCBA Certification
  • Applicable licensure to practice within Georgia
  • 3+ years experience as a BCBA
  • 1+ year in a leadership/mentorship role
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
