Job Summary

Circle City ABA of Georgia seeks a skilled Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide high-quality ABA treatment, support, and training to maximize progress for every client via telehealth. The ideal candidate will have leadership and coordination skills to manage a team of Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians.

The Telehealth BCBA will work directly and indirectly with clients, families, and staff to develop and supervise individual treatment plans, behavior interventions, and training programs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with families, staff, and community partners for coordination of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individual treatment plans and behavior interventions
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians
  • Provide telehealth services to clients and families
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and community partners
  • Manage time effectively to meet budgeted requirements

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • BCBA Supervision and Experience and Standards module completion (preferred)
  • Must possess and maintain a Board Certified Behavior Analysis certification credential by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board
  • Management and leadership experience and ability to interact with families, staff, clients, and community partners for coordination of care

Assessment and Evaluation:

  • Assess skills and deficits across various domains, including social communication, social-emotional reciprocity, nonverbal communication, stereotypy and repetitive behavior, restricted behavior, sensory responses, and functional living skills
  • Use best practice methodologies of ABA, such as VBMAPP, Vineland, PEAK, AFLLS, Essentials for Living, and others, to assess individual clients

Training and Development:

  • Complete all assigned training during employment
  • Develop individual treatment and behavior intervention plans with continuous analysis to determine levels of progress and remaining deficits

Physical and Sensory Requirements:

  • Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday
  • Must be able to read, speak, and write the English language in an understandable manner
  • Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position
  • Must be able to see and hear or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to ensure that the requirements of this position can be fully met
