Vice President of Property Operations

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per annum.

iNtegrity+ is seeking a seasoned executive to serve as Vice President of Property Operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this individual will be responsible for leading the property's operational teams to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives;
  • Drive process improvements and enhancements to deliver exceptional guest experiences;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and effective communication;
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial reports;
  • Monitor financial performance, identify areas for cost reduction, and implement corrective actions;
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data;
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results;
  • Manage employee performance, provide coaching, and facilitate career development opportunities;
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention;
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery;
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement;
  • Collaborate with other departments to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions;
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies;
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with operational activities;
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize potential losses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in a related field or equivalent experience;
  • Minimum 12 years of Gaming and Hospitality experience, 8 years in a leadership role;
  • Must have International Experience;
  • Requires basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Candidate must have experience with planning and project management;
  • Must possess outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills, as well as excellent attention to detail;
  • Knowledge of union as well as non-union working environments preferred;
  • 21 years of age or above and will be required to obtain and maintain registration, or a license issued by the Nevada Gaming Board.
