Production Operator

Job Summary:

Lignetics Inc. is seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for operating machinery, packaging products, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery in multiple production departments to produce high-quality products.
  • Follow established safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Move and wrap completed products, and perform other tasks as assigned.
  • Communicate any issues or concerns to the Shift Lead.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience with industrial machinery and equipment is preferred.
  • Prior forklift and production line experience is also preferred.
  • Good eye, hand, and foot coordination are required.
  • Ability to pass the company's forklift training program.
  • Required to read and interpret scales.
  • Requires mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to adjust the weight and timing of baler and other equipment.
  • Requires basic math calculations skills.
