**Maintenance Division**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thorough cleaning and upkeep of designated areas: hallways, offices, restrooms, classrooms, and the exterior grounds of the facility
  • Addressing and sanitizing any bodily fluids in accordance with established protocols
  • Performing minor painting tasks as needed
  • Conducting basic repair duties
  • Changing light fixtures and bulbs
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the dining area during and post meal service
  • Supporting additional tasks as directed by the Supervisor

Accountability Standards:

  • Must carry a communication device while on premises if required by the Supervisor
  • Expected to remain on-site throughout the work shift, including during breaks
  • Break times may vary based on operational needs, with all staff required to be available for urgent situations
  • No unauthorized off-site activities are permitted without Supervisor's consent

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with further training in facilities management or construction preferred
  • Must be a committed individual with a strong faith in Jesus Christ
