Waverly Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their maximum potential and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments to identify residents' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including exercises, activities, and interventions to promote independence and functional ability.
  • Document residents' progress and treatment plans accurately and timely.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Participate in facility committees and attend meetings as required.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current license and/or registration in the state (as applicable).
  • SNF experience preferred.
