Job Description

**Job Title:** Occupational Therapist

**Job Type:** Contract, W-2, Occupational Therapy

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Soliant Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to school-aged students in Port Hueneme, California.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students in a school-based setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and develop strategies for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track student progress

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a school-based setting
