  • Recruit, train, and support Quality Lab Technicians and Lab/Sanitation Supervisors at the facility level to ensure they possess the necessary qualifications to execute all quality processes and protocols required for delivering high-quality products.
  • Lead the formulation and upkeep of documentation, processes, and procedures to ensure full compliance with all Swire Coca-Cola quality standards, alongside any other industry or regulatory requirements pertinent to manufacturing quality.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with other bottlers within the Quality Management domain to effectively share best practices, offer guidance, and stay informed about evolving trends and requirements for implementation at manufacturing sites.
  • Proactively cultivate connections with local and state regulatory bodies responsible for overseeing water quality and usage standards, discharge regulations, and related matters.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma (or GED) is required; a college degree in chemistry, biology, or a related scientific field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality Management within the food manufacturing sector, particularly in soft drink production.
  • In-depth understanding of the scientific principles underlying soft drink production at the molecular level.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry quality standards applicable to the manufacturing of food-grade products.
  • Specific expertise in state and local regulations concerning water quality and raw materials for food-grade production.
  • Familiarity with ISO quality standards within a soft drink production environment.
