About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Community Partners, Inc. as a RN for Developmental Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work collaboratively with our staff to ensure the health and safety of individuals served by our organization.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing training for non-licensed staff in the administration of medications and healthcare coordination for clients. You will also conduct quality assurance reviews at our agency sites and assist with preparing for audits and certifications.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned trainer and caregiver who is dedicated to providing exceptional care and service to our clients. You should have a calm and level-headed approach, with excellent oral and written communication skills. Your attention to detail and organizational skills are essential in this role.

In addition to your clinical expertise, you should have experience in the field of developmental disabilities and/or mental health. You should also be able to utilize technology provided to perform the requirements of the job.

Requirements
  • Current NH RN license in good standing
  • At least two years of nursing experience
  • Experience in the field of developmental disabilities and/or mental health is preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job
  • Hold a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle liability coverage
