Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Team Member:
  • Manage daily cash flow and perform daily and monthly reconciliations of bank accounts.
  • Reconcile credit card transactions and balance sheet accounts.
  • Prepare and record journal entries related to payroll, depreciation, month-end closing, and more.
  • Assist in the quarterly closing processes.
Qualifications for the Accounting Team Member:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of debits and credits, general ledger accounting, and cash flow management.
  • Intermediate skills in Excel; familiarity with Great Plains is advantageous.
The Accounting Team Member position is fully onsite.
The salary range is competitive.
