We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Site Manager to join our team at Ecolab. As a Technical Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our service team and ensuring the safe execution of our scope of work at customer facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement site-specific safety plans to ensure a safe working environment for our technicians.
  • Provide technical expertise in industrial water treatment technologies, including RO systems, heating and cooling, physical and chemical processes, corrosion protection, and biological processes.
  • Supervise and manage a team of 4 direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles safely and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain site-specific documentation, including procedures, work instructions, process control plans, and process flows.
  • Conduct audits to review operations, maintenance, and compliance with safety and contract requirements.
  • Forecast and control costs for assigned responsibilities.
  • Develop strong working relationships with customers, Nalco technicians, and Nalco sales teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in operations and maintenance of utility equipment or water operations or project management.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing or supervising employees.
  • Operations experience in an administrative and budgetary role.
  • Computer literacy and competency with Microsoft Office programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or engineering.
  • Industry experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Experience managing multiple sites or operations.
