As a Room Attendant, your primary duties will include:

  • Maintaining a well-organized and stocked cleaning cart at all times.
  • Thoroughly cleaning guest rooms for both stayovers and checkouts.
  • Utilizing cleaning supplies effectively and notifying the supervisor when additional supplies are required.
  • Communicating room status to the Supervisor or Front Desk regarding clean, vacant, or dirty rooms.
  • Reporting any damages or hazards in guest rooms, such as burned-out light bulbs, broken furniture, leaks, or other issues.
  • Adhering to proper entry protocols for guest rooms.
  • Ensuring that guest rooms are secured at all times.
  • Turning off all lights, A/C units, and TVs before leaving for the day.
  • Assisting with laundry duties as needed.
  • Completing tasks within the designated time frame.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Possess reliable transportation.
  • Demonstrate dependability and a strong work ethic.
  • Exhibit a keen attention to detail.
  • Be a team player who collaborates well with others.
  • Be open to receiving direction from the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and respond to their needs.
