Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets
- Oversee regional sales, marketing, and business development activities to drive revenue growth
- Manage a senior market regional office and satellite districts to ensure operational efficiency
- Deliver strong sales results and meet or exceed performance targets

Requirements:

- Active Life/Health license for the state
- Series 6 preferred or within six months
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Good credit history
