The Financial Operations Assistant will address inquiries from the public regarding billing matters, offering assistance and information related to taxes, special assessments, and utility billing concerns.

Working Hours: The position operates from 12:30 P.M. to 5:30 P.M., Monday through Thursday.

Compensation: The hourly wage ranges from $15.99 to $20.55, negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications: Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, along with two years of relevant experience or training, supplemented by coursework in accounting or bookkeeping. An associate's degree in a related discipline is preferred, as is prior experience in a cash-handling role. Selected candidates will be required to complete skills assessments and must pass a background check and drug/alcohol screening if chosen for the position.
