Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Customer Experience: Utilize sales data and customer feedback to provide effective coaching and feedback to the sales team, and make necessary adjustments to the store layout to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Customer Service: Lead by example in delivering a world-class customer experience, including product demonstrations and consultations. Collaborate with the team to ensure that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including skincare and cosmetics, and make informed recommendations to customers.
  • Team Development: Train and coach sales associates on effective sales techniques and product knowledge to improve their performance and drive sales.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage cash handling, including customer transactions, opening and closing the store, and reconciling cash drawers. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure that all visual merchandising and inventory tasks are completed to the highest standard.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales, cash handling, and supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business practices.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with consultation-based customer service models.
  • Experience analyzing sales metrics and driving sales growth.
  • Experience working in skincare or cosmetics.
  • Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
