Responsibilities
  • Provide speech therapy services to patients in accordance with their individualized plans of care.
  • Evaluate patients' communication skills and develop treatment plans to address any deficits.
  • Work with patients, families, and caregivers to educate them on effective communication strategies and techniques.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
  • Current licensure in Speech Therapy in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
