Talent Strategy Seeks Quality Control Specialist

As a Quality Control Specialist at Talent Strategy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with attention to detail and experience in quality control.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Specialist to conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. You will perform quality tests (e.g., dimensional checks, pressure tests, and visual inspections) to ensure products meet specifications. Additionally, you will ensure that testing and inspection equipment is calibrated and functioning properly, maintain records of calibration schedules and results, record inspection results, and report any defects or deviations to supervisors or engineering teams.

Requirements:

  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is essential in this role, as you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections and identifying any defects or deviations.
  • Quality Control Experience: Previous experience in quality control, particularly in metal packaging or manufacturing, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Quality Control Tools: Familiarity with quality control tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges, is required.
  • Knowledge of ISO Standards: Knowledge of ISO standards or other quality systems is necessary for this role.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $24.00 per hour. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
