Comprehensive Primary Care Professionals Needed

Responsibilities and Qualifications: Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of primary care experience as a Nurse Practitioner with an assigned panel of patients. They will be responsible for providing virtual telehealth services, serving as consulting clinician with the Connected Care Program, and managing a panel of primary care patients. Additionally, they will collaborate with a supervising physician as required by state and practice guidelines. A strong emphasis is placed on excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to security and HIPAA regulations. To be successful in this role, you must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in good standing with the medical board of your state. Current and active board certification by a national certifying body is also required. Prior experience as a primary care provider and managing a panel of patients is essential.
