About the Role

This position is responsible for providing primary care services to patients, including conducting health assessments, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of family medicine and primary care principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families.
  • Conducting thorough health assessments, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with experience in Family medicine or primary care practice preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
