Primary Care Physician Associate

This position is responsible for providing primary care services to patients, including conducting health assessments, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of family medicine and primary care principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families.
- Conducting thorough health assessments, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
- A minimum of 1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with experience in Family medicine or primary care practice preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
