About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Psychologist Manager to lead our outpatient behavioral health program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a high-quality program that meets the needs of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the clinical authority of the program, ensuring the highest standards of care.

  • Participate in the development and expansion of our outpatient behavioral health program, working closely with the COO.
  • Collaborate with our experienced support teams to ensure seamless program operations.
  • Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of the program.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers and community organizations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve program outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare or behavioral health field.
  • Licensed in Washington state as an LICSW.
  • Monday through Friday full-time work schedule, with variable shifts.
