Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HRIS Administrator to join our team at Everstory Partners. As an HRIS Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of employee data and payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job history, compensation, benefits enrollment, time off, and other HR-related data.
  • Perform routine audits and data validation checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to employee data.
  • Generate and review reports to support HR functions, including benefits enrollment, payroll processing, and performance reviews.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree or HR certifications preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or a related HR function.
  • Proven experience with HRIS software is required, with Paylocity experience strongly preferred.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
