Job Summary: The Associate Vice Chancellor of Development position is responsible for reporting to the Vice Chancellor for Government & External Relations; overseeing all efforts to secure private giving for the University; and providing leadership and management for the direction, planning, and implementation of a comprehensive development and advancement services program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to secure private funding for the University.
- Provide leadership and management for the development and advancement services program.
- Oversee the development and implementation of fundraising campaigns and events.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including alumni, donors, and community leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve development and advancement goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Thorough understanding of the development process, including Advancement Services, Alumni Affairs, and Stewardship.
- Proven ability to manage and lead.
