Job Title: Body Shop Specialist

Factory Direct Marine & RV is seeking a skilled Body Shop Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our body shop team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the repair and refinishing of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vehicle Preparation: Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning and prepping surfaces.
  • Painting and Finishing: Paint vehicles using high-quality materials and techniques.
  • Quality Control: Inspect vehicles for damage and ensure that all work meets quality standards.
  • Tool Maintenance: Maintain and properly safeguard all shop painting/spraying tools and equipment.
  • Safety: Work safely and comply with all safety rules, particularly those dealing with working in confined spaces or in service pits.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in a body shop or related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
