About the Role

We are seeking an innovative and ambitious sales associate to join our team and drive business growth for TAG Heuer. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by utilizing in-depth product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service expertise
  • Develop and maintain a strong client base, with regular follow-up and meeting of monthly clienteling sales goals
  • Support the Boutique Manager in executing store marketing initiatives and ensuring effective inventory management
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in the luxury sector
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and effectively convey technical product information
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, colleagues, and business contacts
  • Ability to work varied hours, including nights and weekends on a weekly basis
Estimated Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
