* Maintain high standards of quality control to assure the sterility of processed items.

* Utilize knowledge of the Censitrac Tracking System to manage and track surgical instruments accurately.

* Handle power surgical equipment and other related instruments as required by specialty needs.

* Demonstrate the ability to lift, pull, and push a minimum of 25 pounds.

* Adhere to facility dress code and maintain a professional appearance.

* Be prepared for call requirements as needed without floating between units.

* Engage in continuous improvement of sterile processing techniques for patient safety and operational efficiency.
