- Physical Abilities: You must be able to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, push, bend, and pull.
- Communication Skills: You must be able to communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare team members.
- Patient Care: You must be able to provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members.
- Medication Administration: You must be able to administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: You must be able to monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and post-procedure depending on the unit.
- On-Call Responsibilities: You may be required to share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time.
- Cleanliness and Supplies: You must maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
- Patient Transportation: You may be required to transport patients as needed.
- Additional Duties: You may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
- Interpersonal Skills: You must be able to work with diverse personnel while maintaining a positive demeanor and professional appearance.
- Technical Skills: You must be able to grasp, push/pull, and move while assisting with procedures or operating departmental equipment.
