Job Overview

We are currently in search of a skilled Marketing Coordinator with 2-4+ years of relevant experience, ideally within the A/E/C industry, to enhance our Marketing team.

The Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's image, culture, and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will thrive in collaborative environments, demonstrate a passion for growth within the A/E/C sector, and possess strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office Suite, and Smartsheet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop proposal packages under the guidance of the Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Craft, edit, and design proposals, qualifications documents, and presentation materials.
  • Engage in project pursuit initiatives.
  • Maintain and update project information within the company database.
  • Assist in the procurement and branding of company merchandise such as shirts, safety vests, and hard hats.
  • Prepare informational packets and AIA A305 documents; supply marketing-related information for contractor qualifications.
  • Contribute to the design and graphic creation for proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
  • Participate in pre-proposal and marketing meetings.
  • Coordinate the planning of assigned events, including concept development, registration, and material preparation.
  • Identify opportunities for sharing ideas through various media outlets and platforms.
  • Assist in the design and upkeep of marketing materials including project sheets and firm overviews.
  • Facilitate the gathering of photography, video, and other media forms to enhance market communication.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business/marketing, journalism/communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience is required, with A/E/C experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with the proposal process is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign); Illustrator experience is a plus.
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and editing capabilities.
  • Exemplary integrity and ethical standards.
  • Effective communication skills across diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster successful relationships.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
