Key Responsibilities:

  • Benefits Administration: Manage benefits processes including claims resolution, change reporting, and open enrollment while effectively communicating benefits information to employees.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee payroll functions such as data entry for deductions, processing bi-weekly payroll, and generating payroll reports.
  • 401(k) Administration: Assist in managing 401(k) plans, including payroll submissions and employee inquiries.
  • Recruitment: Conduct interviews and screenings to fill various job openings across different levels.
  • Policy Communication: Collaborate with employees and management to convey human resource policies and regulatory standards.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Documentation Maintenance: Ensure compliance with documentation requirements as dictated by governing agencies.
  • HRIS Management: Maintain records in the human resource information system and compile necessary reports.
  • Compliance Assurance: Uphold compliance with all relevant employment and benefits laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in management or a related business field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources capacity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn HRIS software.

Physical Requirements: The role may require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and perform tasks that involve close vision and focus adjustments.
