Key Responsibilities

  3. Manage and Develop Staff: Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members, addressing talent gaps and ensuring succession planning.
  4. Maintain Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, internal policies, and risk management protocols, safeguarding the company's reputation.
  5. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to client needs, resolve issues promptly, and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions.
