Key Responsibilities- Monitor and respond to recruitment emails in a timely manner
- Assign and manage position numbers
- Process and assist in recruitment activities, including data entry in applicable systems
- Conduct routine audits of personnel information in HR/Payroll systems
- Create, monitor, update, and audit electronic personnel records
- Provide back-up support to monitor and respond to HR emails
- Develop a rapport with internal customers and focus on quality and timely customer service
- Ensure principles of confidentiality are adhered to in every aspect of work
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition or Office Management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel/Word)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
