Professional Development Director

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programs that support small business growth and entrepreneurship

- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, community outreach, or leadership
