  • Provides daily assistance and personal care to residents.
  • Facilitates daily activities, serves meals, and observes residents' health conditions.
  • Keeps precise records and communicates inventory requirements.
  • Performs light housekeeping and laundry services for residents.
  • Participates in scheduled meetings and training sessions.
  • Ensures the comfort and safety of residents at all times.
  • Adheres to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Engages in ongoing education and training as necessary.
  • Executes additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • STNA/CNA certification is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Strong command of the English language is essential.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to walk, stand, lift, carry, push, climb, bend, squat, twist, and reach as necessary.
