Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Assistant to join our team at East Wenatchee Operations. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications as directed by the attending physician and in accordance with current policies and procedures.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
  • Respond promptly to resident calls and emergencies, providing first aid assistance as needed.
  • Document and communicate resident changes and complete reports in a timely manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all resident care in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • First Aid and CPR certification required.
  • HCA certification preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
