Job Title: ABA Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at Apex K Home Care Inc. in the Worcester, MA area.

About the Role:

As an ABA Therapist, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide 1-to-1 ABA services in the home, center, and community settings to individuals diagnosed with Autism (ASD).

Responsibilities:
  • Data collection and implementation of individualized behavior support plans
  • Implementing skill acquisition programs and working with families for effective collaboration on client goals
  • Submitting all required paperwork promptly and attending monthly case review meetings with your direct supervisor
Requirements:
  • High school or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Minimum 6 months of experience working with kids or teens

  • Competitive pay rate of $20.00-$23.00/hour to start, with rate increases of $1-$3 in the first 3-6 months based on time and training

Work Environment:

We welcome RBT applicants seeking supervision opportunities for Career Advancement. Part-time staff earn MA Sick time. Full-time (30+hours) are eligible for PTO, Health & Dental.

Ability to work a minimum of 10-15 hours/at least 3 days per week (weekdays are after school hours between 3-8 p.m.). Daytime hours on Saturdays also preferred.
