Job Title: ABA Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at Apex K Home Care Inc. in the Worcester, MA area.

Job Summary:

The ABA Therapist will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide 1-to-1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism (ASD) in the home, center, and community settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized behavior support plans
  • Implement skill acquisition programs
  • Work with families for effective collaboration on client goals
  • Submit all required paperwork promptly
  • Attend monthly case review meetings with their direct supervisor
Requirements:
  • High school or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Minimum 6 months experience working with kids or teens

  • ABA Behavior Technician pay range $20.00-$23.00/hour to start with rate increases of $1-$3 in the first 3-6 months based on time and training
