Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at USMD. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.



Responsibilities:




  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients and their families, minimizing the risk of infection and harm.
  • Participate in the performance improvement process and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care and education.
  • Anticipate and respond to patient needs, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
  • Establish a compassionate environment, providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and their families.


Requirements:




  • Current RN licensure in Texas or Compact state.
  • BLS and ACLS certification, with PALS certification required for PACU and ER roles.
  • 2-4 years of experience in nursing, with a preference for critical care or med/surg experience.
