Job Summary

Responsibilities

Provide accurate assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients

Conduct routine examinations, order diagnostic tests, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals

Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions

Collaborate with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements

Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner or related field

Current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse

Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and ability to pass a FIT test
