Alchemy Global Talent Solutions Ltd. is currently collaborating with a prominent relocation service provider in its quest for an Operations Coordinator.


The Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for scheduling and supervising staff, ensuring client satisfaction, managing daily operational activities, and maintaining effective portfolio management alongside the primary Operations Manager.

This position will primarily operate from a central location but will also involve coordination with teams across various regions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing insights from moving assessments to identify job requirements and appropriately assign personnel and vehicles.
  • Overseeing daily operations within the moving log.
  • Ensuring timely completion of tasks to align with client relocation schedules.
  • Finalizing and submitting necessary documentation.
  • Monitoring completed jobs, addressing any issues, and tracking employee arrival times.
  • Providing move managers with cost estimates for projects.
  • Maintaining close communication with other departments to ensure seamless operational flow.
  • Coordinating schedules for external staff and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Managing the logistics of cargo arrival and departure from storage facilities.
  • Performing additional tasks as required.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management within the moving and relocation sector.
  • Exceptional IT proficiency, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent personnel management capabilities.
  • A proactive and motivating work ethic.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both external partners and internal teams.
