Job Title: Social Bay Concierge

At Dave & Buster's, we're looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Social Bay Concierge to join our team. As a Social Bay Concierge, you will play a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests while they enjoy our interactive Social Bays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by providing personalized recommendations and guidance on game selection.
  • Ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests by maintaining a clean and organized Social Bay area.
  • Collaborate with the Service Team to provide prompt and attentive beverage and food service.
  • Assist guests with any service or technical questions and alert the Amusement Team when necessary.
  • Reset and clean the Social Bays to approved standards after use.
  • Adhere to company sanitation procedures and follow alcohol awareness protocols.
  • Assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a Manager.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to read and communicate in English.
  • Skilled in effectively communicating with guests to generate enthusiasm about the D&B experience.
  • Dressed in proper dress code requirements, looking neat, clean, and professional at all times.
Physical Demands:
  • Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
  • Read and write handwritten notes.
  • Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • Move about the facility and stand for long periods of time.
  • Walk or stand 100% of shift.
  • Reach, bend, and stoop frequently.
