We are seeking an experienced professional to manage produce procurement, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high-quality standards. This role is responsible for negotiating with suppliers, analyzing data, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture business or a related field, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year reflects the importance of this position in driving our company's growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate with produce item suppliers to secure optimal pricing and quality
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchases, and sales
  • Collaborate with warehouse employees to ensure timely delivery and storage of produce
  • Monitor quality and quantity of incoming products and address any issues promptly
