Electrical Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team at Delta Constructors. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the electrical work activities, providing technical advice and guidance to employees, and ensuring compliance with company methodologies and procedures.

• Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment
• Provide technical guidance and advice to electrical crew members
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards
• Conduct routine surveillance of electrical activities and identify potential safety hazards
• Develop and implement plans to improve electrical work processes and efficiency
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution

• 5 years' experience in electrical supervisory roles, preferably in the oil and gas industry
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and industry standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• OSHA 10 certification and H2S certification
• Computer skills and proficiency in software applications

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions and potential hazards. The incumbent must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
