Responsibilities:

  • Perform side work as detailed in the busser manual, including polishing glassware and silverware.
  • Other duties as required to support the success of our food and beverage team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant as a front-of-house service position.
  • Basic and professional English communication skills, with the ability to interact with team members and guests.
  • Polished, professional, and punctual demeanor, with a service-oriented mindset and hospitable disposition.
  • Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds or more, and stand/walk for 8+ hours.
  • Strong preference for candidates with knowledge, enthusiasm, and passion for food and wine.
